You can contact us at any time through the form on the help page or by opening a ticket from your account, and we will reply by email.

Purpose

The service lets you write, edit, check and download CVs and cover letters. The content you enter is yours and you decide how to use it.

Browsing the site is free. Some features, such as downloading a PDF without a watermark, require full access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to enter other people's data without their permission, and not to interfere with how the service works.

Intellectual property

Templates, copy, logos and software belong to My Resume Master. You may use the templates for your own documents, but not resell or redistribute them.

Liability

My Resume Master is a writing and formatting tool. We cannot guarantee a job or interviews, as that depends on each recruitment process.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence, which will always apply where they are more favourable to you.
