What we process

Account data: your email address and your name, if you provide it when signing up or signing in with Google.

Document content: everything you write in your CVs, letters and checks. We store it so you can come back and edit it.

Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider. We never store your card number.

Usage data: pages viewed and basic navigation events, so we can see what works.

Why we use it

To run the service: storing your documents, generating PDFs and giving you access to your account.

To handle payments and subscriptions, including receipts and renewals.

To send tips and news, only if you ticked the box. Every one of those emails has a one-click unsubscribe link.

To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the providers the service needs: hosting and infrastructure, the payment gateway, email delivery, and the AI models that draft and check the text you ask for.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we remove your documents and personal data, except records we must keep by law, such as billing records.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.

Security

Connections are encrypted and each account can only read and edit its own documents.
